the location was great. everything was accessible right outside the hotel.
The pillows were not very comfortable. i woke up during the night because the pillow often covered my nose. it made breathing difficult, so i had to readjust it constantly. also, the bathroom was quite small and cramped. I found dirty wallpapers.

I had a beautiful suite. It featured a very good soundproofing that blocked almost every noise from outside. The suite provided ample space.
The laptop in my room was impossible to set up. I found the language settings were not changeable.

The room had effective windows for blocking city sounds. The 7th floor bar had a friendly barman (always ready with a smile!).
The breakfast room has limited tables, so I had to choose a specific breakfast time.

i received a fruit plate surprise in my room. the housekeeper was very friendly. the location is close to major tourist sites and train stations. it is easy to get to the airport and nearby towns.
i noticed there were external works going on in an adjacent building at the time of my stay. this caused some noise during the day. i hope they address this soon.

the hotel is steps away from calle larios. there are also shops and restaurants close by. museums and the cathedral are also within easy walking distance. the bus from the airport stops right outside the door.

the hotel location is super central, near the main attractions (christmas lights!). i stayed on the eleventh floor and enjoyed fantastic views of the marina from my room. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of dishes, including delicious coffee and croissants.
i found the pillows in the room to be a bit too long, slightly difficult to sleep comfortably.

the breakfast had many options, i saw a good selection of different dishes, including fresh fruit and pastries, plus the coffee was tasty (important!). i liked that it was easy to grab a quick bite before heading out.

my double room view had ample space, it felt comfortable and modern, plus it was very clean! the soundproofing was effective, which ensured a quiet and restful atmosphere despite the central location. i also saw the room had blackout curtains.

the hotel provides complimentary wifi throughout the premises, so i could easily stay connected. i did not use them, but i noticed a business center, and a fitness room available for guests. the reception area appeared very spacious and welcoming.

the hotel enjoys a prime location right in the city center, which made it very easy to walk to the main attractions (really great!). public parking is conveniently located just opposite the property. i noticed many shops and restaurants nearby too.

i stayed in a room on an upper floor and i appreciated the two balconies. i noted rooms on lower floors had tables and chairs. the room size suited two adults and i found the provided coffee machine very useful. the bathroom featured two sinks and a walk-in shower and the bus stop to the airport was conveniently located right outside.
during my stay i noticed there weren't any chairs available on the balcony of my upper-floor room a minor inconvenience given the balcony space
